Explore the terrain of Arizona on the 1969 geological map of the state in stunning 3D Raised Relief, an original creation from Muir Way. This unique map undergoes a meticulous process where it is georeferenced, printed, heated, and vacuum-formed over an intricately detailed 3D mold. The result is a map that allows you to visually and tactilely explore the diverse terrain of Arizona, from the depths of the Grand Canyon to the landscapes of the Sonoran Desert.
Framed maps do not have glass or acrylic over them, so you can touch the map and explore its intricacies.
PLEASE NOTE
You will love this map if you embrace its anomalies. When the plastic is heated and stretched over the 3D mold, the image may be altered, causing warped lines and text around higher elevations. The fine print on plastic is not as sharp as on paper, sometimes rendering very small text illegible.

Just as beautiful as I imagined! Similar to other reviews the text is hard to read, but that’s expected with a map blown up. I do wish it was a little easier to read city/town/mountain range names but it’s still gorgeous. A little flimsy to the touch but otherwise really amazing. I love it and will have it forever!

I’d give a five star rating save for the fact the Arizona map was a gift for friends who live—guess (!)—in Arizona no less. They are thrilled with the map as I hope to be with my upcoming map of Pennsylvania. As such my rating for this map, a four though it may be a five—when I have an in-person view.

I haven't personally seen it. Bought for my parents as a retirement gift. They say it is incredible, and are very happy with the quality. Amazing detail. Only issue at all is the legend has smaller lettering and can be slightly difficult to read at times. Great product.
